Homebound Loans
Homebound Procedures
Available to individuals of any age who live within the Parkland School District and are unable to come to the library due to any of the following criteria:
- Personal limitation
- Disability
- Illness
- Advanced age
- Short-term convalescence
- Illness resulting in limited mobility
Service Hours
- Requests taken during regular library hours
- Deliveries made Monday through Friday
Registration and Reading Interest Form
- Standard library registration form will be delivered and filled out on the first visit
- Form of identification is required
- Reading Interest Form will be filled out with reading interests, preferred authors and format

- Large type print
- Delivery and Pick-up

- Made monthly by volunteers
- Arranged by calling 610.398.1361 x13 during service hours and requesting Adult Services Librarian
- Loan Period / Fees
- 6 week check-out period
- Qualified residents are exempt from fines
- Maximum of 10 items at one time
- Items may be renewed for an additional 6 weeks if not on hold
- New items may be checked out but not renewed
