Volunteer

Contribute Your Time and Your Talents

Want to play an important role in growing our library? Become a volunteer! If you would like to help our staff work with materials in the collection, or simply work with others who love books, we have some rewarding opportunities that might suit you!  We're looking for people willing to donate just a few hours of their time on an ongoing basis.

Get involved. Become a:

Shelver (getting the checked-in materials back into their places)

Shelf reader (making certain our collection is in the correct order), and searching for lost or misplaced items.

For more information about becoming a volunteer, please call 610-398-1361 or stop by and pick up a Volunteer Application Form.

By becoming a volunteer you are making a valuable contribution to your community.  Share your talents and skills and make a difference today!

The Library does not accept volunteers through any court-ordered programs.  We accept students age 13 and older. For more information about teen volunteers, please contact the Youth Services Department.
