February, Session 2: 10:45am
A lapsit storytime for our youngest patrons, ages birth to 18 months, with an adult caregiver. We will share simple books, lap bounces, rhymes, and songs – all designed to help the baby build important social, motor, and early literacy skills.
Age requirement: birth-18 months.
Sessions and New Ticketing System for Drop-in Baby Times:
Families may choose 1 Baby Time per day.
Both sessions are the same. We have two classes to meet demand. Please request a ticket at the youth services desk. Red tickets are for 10am, and Orange tickets are for 10:45am.
**** Once the Event Full sign is on the door, attendees must wait for the 10:45am session. After each session, staff will clear the room to allow those waiting to participate. Please exit the room after the session.
Thank you for being so cooperative.
Due to high demand, indoor storytimes are for LCLC and My First Library (Share) cardholders who live in Parkland School District or paying nonresidents—one session per family only. No card? Sign up at the front desk or online here.
