Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a great way to increase range of motion, improve energy and focus, decrease pain in the body, and calm the central nervous system. Join your yoga instructor, Deanna Nagle, as she guides you through a weekly practice that aids in managing stress, improving sleep quality, and providing a sense of peace and calm.

*Please bring your yoga mat and any props that may assist your workout.
