Just the presence of a plant can bring a sense of peacefulness and tranquility to a space. Some plants will even help to purify the air! In this class, we’ll add an additional benefit…you’ll get hands-on therapy by potting your own houseplant! Getting your hands in the soil is therapeutic, dirt is a natural antidepressant! All supplies will be provided: plant, soil, nursery pot, gloves, care instructions, and plant-related conversations.
Join us for a workshop on propagating houseplants with Jen Ott from Ott Gardens, LLC. Learn to propagate spider plants, and everyone who attends will take home a new plant. Please register for this event to ensure that we have enough supplies.

Please be mindful that the library has to follow room capacity limits, and we may have to break attendees into groups.
