The Art of Mindful Breathing 2024

Join instructor Larissa Noto as she guides you through breathing exercises. Breathing in, you calm your body; breathing out, you calm your mind.  There is a direct relationship between the way we breathe and the way we feel energetically, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Proper breathing improves the introduction of oxygen into the physical body and the removal of carbon dioxide, allowing us to access a place of peace and quiet deep within. Proper breathing is vital to our health, mental focus, and sense of calm.
