Purchase suggestions are intended for items that are not on the bestsellers list. This form is available to all active Parkland Community Library cardholders and paying non-residents. 

Policies & Procedures

Each request will be evaluated using library selection criteria.  Please note that every effort is made to purchase all the materials our patrons want, but we are unfortunately unable to purchase every item requested.  If the item is purchased, you will be placed on hold for the item.

Please limit your number of requests to three per month.
For books, requests will only be considered up to 3 months in advance of the item’s release date.  For DVDs, requests will only be considered once the title is in theaters or announced for DVD release.

Due to staff limitations, we cannot notify you if the item will not be added to the collection. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate your understanding.
