POWER Library is a collection of e-resources available to library card-holding PA residents. The e-resources contained within POWER Library provide access to thousands of full text periodical articles, newspapers, a major encyclopedia, photographs, pictures, charts, maps, and reference material for Pennsylvanians of all ages.
Some of the incredible e-resources within POWER Library are specifically geared toward kids and teens. To make these e-resources easily accessible to their target audiences, POWER Library has created separate landing pages–POWER Kids and POWER Teens–which are perfect for bookmarking!
The POWER Library is a service of Pennsylvania’s public libraries, school libraries, and the State Library. The project is made possible in part by Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services and through Library Access Funds administered by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries, Department of Education, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Tom Wolf, Governor. Web hosting is provided by HSLC.
