Thank you for your interest in attending storytime at Parkland Community Library. We are excited to continue offering our popular storytime programs in person!
At PCL, We Offer Storytimes By Age Group
Babytime (Birth-15 Months):
A lap-sit storytime for our youngest patrons designed to help babies build significant social, motor, and early literacy skills.
Family Storytime (Ages 1-5):
Songs, rhymes, and read-aloud stories for the whole family.
Preschool Storytime (Ages 3-5):
Stories, songs, and weekly crafts to encourage important pre-literacy and social skills. Parents are welcome, but not required to attend.
Registration reserves you a spot for the entire Winter session, beginning the week of January 16th and ending March 1st.
At this time, all programs are reserved for residents of the Parkland School District and Parkland Community Library cardholders.
Storytime sessions typically run 7-8 weeks depending on the season. Spring storytime session will begin the week of March 20th.
This program meets PA Forward Basic Literacy.
